Refund Policy of SpeedJet Aviation

Thank you for enrolling with SpeedJet Aviation.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with our courses/services We invite You to review our policy on refunds. The following terms are applicable for any courses that You enrolled with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SpeedJet Aviation by Mile’s Achiever’s Academy, S 99 E SpeedJet Aviation, Moongipa arcade, 2nd floor, D N Nagar, Andheri west, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053.

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Admission Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your admission/enrolment within 15 days and give a valid reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an admission is 15 days from the date on which You enrolled with us.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Subject to approval by the management, we will reimburse You by 45 days from the day we approve your refund. We will reimburse you via cheque.
